Unattractive woman = happy woman

I decided to write here on a prosaic purpose – my boyfriend left me brutally about a month ago.
We got along wonderfully, we completed each other’s sentences (as silly and sweetish as it sounds)….I thought that I finally found HER – the true love. There’s no point in telling you that he convinced me of the same.
And what happened? We broke off and the reason was the most improbable that you can imagine – he said I was too beautiful and too smart for him!!! I don’t think there is anybody capable to comprehend the absurdity of such a statement.
Now he has returned to his “ex” and not only returned but also proposed to her. His former girlfriend who is, to put it mildly, unattractive, sullen and unfriendly. My exact opposite.
Some may say- she loves her. Yes, but he swore that he loved me, we were the perfect couple.
I wish him to be happy now with his unseemly wife, who may be a wonderful person, I don’t know, but am I not?
Beauty is а curse – women envy me, men run away from me….
I hope that I didn’t bore you with my somewhat funny story, but I feel really bad by this parting and I really miss the man who I love so much.
